Biggest Challenge faced by us in introducing Flat Knitting Machines in Indian Footwear Industry have been that Flat Knitting Technology being very new to Footwear Industry, there have been shortage of Skilled Man Power and lack of knowledge about using right Raw Materials.

It has been a huge Challenge to run big units without having manpower so we trained manpower in collaboration with overseas engineers despite the huge costs attached to it order to make it operational at all levels and the results are there for everyone to see.

How do you collaborate with other stakeholders in the sports footwear industry, such as brands, designers, and retailers, to create value and meet customer needs? Goldstar has been working with different stakeholders from designers (Sweater to footwear), manufacturers and Brands in close coordination for raising the levels of footwear industry. Some of the examples have been large players like Lancer footwear represented by Shri Abhishek and Shri Subhash Gupta and Campus Shoes represented by Shri H.K. Aggarwal who gave opportunity to work with them.
